Question: I think I have vaginal infection. symptoms are itchiness and excesive white discharge. Is there anyway to get rid of it at home??

From the signs and symptoms you have it may be a yeast infection.
Try with vaginal douches with white apple vinegar.
If symptoms doesn't subside than you should see a doctor to prescribe anti yeast infection.
