What Causes Vaginal Itching, Low BP, Nausea And Headache?

Question: hello doctor, It is about my wife's health issues. she is 32 year old breastfeeding mother to a 1 year old babyboy. She had veginal itching 8 days back, she applied clean n dry creme and it helped. after that she had low bp nausea headeche loose motions. Now yesterday she had some spotting, her period is due on 28th. so this is too early to call it a period. she had minor period like cramps and some spotting, otherwise her periods are reguler. She has a hectic schedule. So what can be the reason of all of it.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Low BP, nausea, headache can be due to allergic reaction to the cream or can be due to pregnancy.
Spotting can be present in Intermenstrual period due to implantation bleeding.
I will suggest her to wait for the periods, if delayed then she should get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
