What Causes Vaginal Itching Post Intercourse?

Irritation and itchiness needs assessment, Conception needs planning
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Itchiness with intimacy is not worrisome except for the fact that hygiene for coitus and better coital habits are advised. As coitus is a predisosing factor for infections and inflammations and irritations like this.
I would suggest to use a good toilet and coital habits like peeing after coitus, front to back one sided wash with water of the genitals , keeping the groin area clean and hair free, using hypoallergenic hygiene gels for better and clean genitals, avoiding unnecessary digital or oral manipulation of female genitals.
As far as conception is concerned that needs a keen observation of menstrual period and using the vital fertility time which is 14 days prior to expected menses. For example if she is of 28 days period with regular cycles then sday 14 with 2 days on each side are the few days fertility wise fruitful and should be utilised.
Seek a fertility consultant if you fail to conceive for three or more consecutive months for a little guidance.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and your wife and maintain a good hygiene by doing as directed and hope for the best.

Friction . infection. Semen less likely.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
As i mentioned coitus is a rough act and friction involved in it along with stickiness of sperm and ph of it altogether playa role in itchiness. Itchiness indicates underlying irritation of vaginal tract and if any discharge then should be evaluated for any genital tract infection like vaginitis.
PH of sperms is not that significant as vaginal PH is less than sperm and may be other way around as infected vaginal tracts cause lower PH and compromise sperms .Coitus induced irritation secondary to friction and increased infection tendencies explain it more and should be sorted out.
I would suggest abstinence from the coitus for a while with local hygiene gels like biomousse application over genitals and see if it resolve. Avoidance of unnecessary douching and use of digital manipulation or other pleasures tactics is mandatory. Persistence of problem will need a little evaluation to rule out any infection as a possibility.
I hope it helps.
