What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Child Birth?

Question: I had deliver a second baby boy . delivery is normal . my bleeding stop in 32 days . Then from last 3 days I had seen red spot . Doctor suggest me Trapic mf. I want to ask why this happens? after my periods will be regular .?Please suggest

Uterus returns to normal size around 6 weeks after delivery. Such bleeding episodes are common as size changes slowly.

This bleeding might repeat again AA uterus size need to return to normal.
