Brief Answer:
Various causes other than cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Spotting or bleeding after intercourse can be due to various causes like cervical premalignant and malignant lesions, polyp in cervix or vagina, cervical fibroid, cervical erosion or severe vaginal infection.
Exact diagnosis can be made by proper internal examination and investigations like pap smear, ultrasound and vaginal swab examination.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination and investigations and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
