Question: hi am experiencing a discomfort in my left side, 'fallopian tube" which is a burning feeling... this is after I am on the injection have had my period for two weeks, colour brown foul odour, now after two weeks there is spoting and the burning sensation in my left side

1) Burning sensation is unlikely to be from fallopian tube. Fallopian tube burning cannot be felt.

2) This sounds more like urinary tract infection ( UTI).

3) Please give urine urine culture and sensitivity test. You can take antibiotics according to the report.

4) This infection will come down slowly. Please get urine tested soon.
