What Causes Vaginal Tightness And Pain During Intercourse?

Question: Vaginal tightness & intercourse pain. My husband has been deceased for many years and I have someone I want to be intimate with but it's been many years since I have had intercourse. I'm 73 and find my body tissues are very tight & painful. Suggestions?
