What Causes Vertigo And Tingling In Finger?
Hydroxocobalamin injections
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Vitamin B12 is vital for the formation of red blood cells, as well as for the proper functioning and health of nerve tissue. If left untreated, vitamin B12 deficiency, also known as B12 deficiency, can lead to anemia, as well as nerve and brain damage, which may eventually become irreversible.
If the deficiency continues untreated the patient may have the following neurological signs and symptoms like tingling in finger and vertigo.
Adults need 2.4 mcg of vitamin B12 in their body.
People with Crohn's disease, as well as people who have had their bowels surgically shortened, may have problems absorbing vitamin B12 into their bloodstream.
I recommend u consult a gastroenterologist.
Treatment of vit B12 deficiency includes Hydroxocobalamin injections which is a form of B12. It is injected into a muscle every two to four days. After about six injections the patient should have a good store of B12.
In the majority of cases the patient will notice significant improvements in symptoms soon after receiving injections.
Annual blood tests are common, to monitor the success of treatment.
Most patients require booster injections of B12 every three months for the rest
Vegetarians who do not eat eggs, as well as vegans should make sure their B12 intake is adequate. There are various breakfast cereals which are fortified with vitamin B12. Some brands of nutritional yeast are also good sources of B12. Some types of soy milk are fortified with B12.
A standard multivitamin contains 6 micrograms of vitamin B12, which is more than enough to cover an average person's daily requirement.
People who eat meat and/or fish - a balanced diet containing fish, meat and dairy foods should have enough B12 for human requirements.

Vitamin B12 injection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The normal value of serum vitamin B12 ranges from about 200 to 900 picogram/ml with a mean value of around 450 pg/ml.
Vitamin B12 injection sometimes causes neurological side effects such as numbness on one side of body so u do not have to worry.
My suggestion is to go for injection Eldervit in your case. It comes as a combination pack of two vials. First vial contains vitamin B12, 2500mcg with Folic acid 0.7mg, and Niacinamide 12 mg and second vial contains Vitamin C, 150 mg. The first and second vial are to be mixed together as mixing causes better absorption of vitamin B12. About 10 injections may be required initially in one month depending upon the severity of deficiency. Later one injection every two months is good as a maintenance dose.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
U should start taking medicine if your vitamin B12 level is lower than 200 picogram/ml
When it has reached 450 pg/ml u can stop the medicine.
U should start medications of gastritis given by your doctor and reconsult your gastroenterologist if needed.
