Question: I got sick about 4 months a go. I had a bad baronial infection sinus and inter and outer ear infection and I had very bad Virgo with it and very bad judgment like being drunk and the doctor I seen at that time did not see the outer ear infection I put up with a ear hurting for three months with the like of money I went to the ER and the doc there said I had a outer ear infection in both ears and inter ear infection sense then the Virgo has gotten better with treatment and still have a little Virgo but I have a problem with judgment now like walking up to my truck and opening the door and walking in to it be for I open it all the way up it like I am having watching close what I am doing very close and when getting in the truck and setting down I miss judge at night and only set on the side of the seat. forgetting I have a hurt foot with a broken bone but ill be walking on it and the pain will not register that I am hurting until I am in so much pain I cant ignore then I start walking on my heal and also I was working on lawn more I was not filling good that day trying to ignore the bad Virgo and I haven't sleep good at all at this time and I was in a tight place with my hand and I felt pain and I seen what my hand was rubbing to cut it in to my hand but instead of stopping to see if I could do it a another way so I wouldn't hurt my self as I have did on other jobs I did not have the judgment to stop and I keep doing the work until my hand was cut up very bad finishing what I was doing with no regard I was hurting my self I just felt pain and I was watching my hand get cut. at that time I was not sleeping good at all. Another thing is drooling down the side of my mouth I have filling in my skin but I don't feel the saliva coming out of the side of my mouth until a cool breeze blowing on me and it fill cool to my jaw then I wipe my mouth and I have times I have flashing of light in my eyes or one eye not sure if it both or one or other and black dots in visions and it only last a moment or so and when blinking my vision is burled as few moments afterwards each time I blink I have times I start shaking and not be cold fill like my body wants to shake but I control it but my arm when putting it up to lean my head on my mussel twitching as long as I hold mussel tight. that has stop to day now my neck wants to twitch only when I tighten it to turn it I have had migraine symptoms like zigzag in my visions a few years a go and I felt a little disorientated at that time and my head hurting in the top of my head since then I had a few others with no symptoms afterwards with head with out and judgment problem's I seen the eye doctor and other than age related sight my eyes are ok he thinks that I may be having a migraines with no headache still this is troubling me and with all this I am having trouble going to sleep at times laying in bed trying to go to sleep and laying there and all of the sudden I fill my self passing out and being aware of it and setting up thinking I am dying and I have XXXXXXX thinking I am not a doctor but I have thought this threw and with other episodes' of waking up and not being able to move my body to go to the bathroom I have had this to happen to me when I was around say 10 years old as I can remember this has happen of and on all of my life or waking up and trying to move my arm and wont move so it stop tingling I have a bad shoulder it can make my arm go to sleep I think part of my brain go's to sleep at times and I loose judgment and I would like to add this when I was 7years old until I was say 15 years old I could stand up with not problem but until I stretch at that time I would just for a moment I can fill my self passing out having to get down with knees bent and it would go a way lasting a moment or so with no shaking or passing out and at 15 year old after I started smoking this stop for several years until I was around 26 years old when I first noticed getting excited or up set if I cough I have the same symptoms with out passing or shaking and over time it has gotten worse now I have no control other than getting on the ground as quickly as possible and have my body shaking rubbing my face on the ground and not remembering what happen to me other than this only happen to me two times in the past 19 years the migraine symptoms started when I was around 35 year old the passing out shaking on the ground happen when I was 27 year old and 43 year old I am 45 year old male I don't drink or use drugs other than smoking cigarettes I have sign up for this health care but because I don't make at least 15000 dollars a year I cant get tax credit for health care and sense I don't have children living in my home I cant get Medicaid and I was told I would have to sign up for disability and retire to get it. Is there any thing you can tell me on what going on with me

I went to the er. at Iredell memorial hospital in Iredell county NC. yesterday and the doc said that passing out is normal and that some people more acceptable than others they took a cat scan of my neck not sure if they took one of my brain or sinus I ask if they could put a heart monitor on me and she told me that they can put a order in for that that I had to see my regular doctor I don't have the money for that to day I was leaving my dad house I had XXXXXXX helping him fix his car and sense I have a broken foot I was riding the lawnmower and it was dark and I went to lean on the arm rest and when I did it felt like the arm rest broke and I fell over I tried to bring my arm back up to put it back on the rest slipping off again and when I put my hand down there to see if it was broken and seen it was metal a freak out at that time thinking I may be passing out or a bad coronation or judgment I black out just for split moment biting my lip but remembering everything happening to me accept biting my lip seems like when I am not stress or excited and relax is when I have the blacking out or having this problem it what ever this is I am having I would like to ask if you can put in this order for a heart monitor
