What Causes Vertigo, Nausea And Loss Of Smell And Taste?

I suffer from vertigo, nausea , loss of smell, taste and constant tinitus., also gi tract issus., this leadds me to depths of despaire,. I am fortunate to ha a very compasionate wfe.
I ha ve been through many 'vertigo" tests, CAT scans a ns a whole barrage of earing test, all incin clusive,. My life is a misery withe constantf fallls 4 -5 times daily. Often I need to confine my self to a dark quite room, some times for 3 to 4 days at a time. I am truly a my whits end.
Do you have any thing that I could pursue to help me. I have given up on a cure, just a reduction will help. Thanks inadvancs , XXXX
