Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com I am Dr.J XXXXXXX Anto Bruno Mascarenhas, and I am here to help you. I have read your question with care and understand your concerns.
You are having the following complaints
1. Vertigo which have increased dramatically in the past few weeks since I have seen my doctor about it.
2. Extreme pressure behind my right eye all the time, as well as the feeling of the frontal lobe of my brain feeling as if something is pushing it towards the front of my head,
3. Can not look down towards the ground with out the feeling of the floor spinning,
4. Feel the pressure increase behind right eye
5. High fevers between 101.8 to 103.4.
6. Out breaks of shingle due to stress at least every other week from small spots on the back of both thighs, middle lower spine, upper left and right side of back ribs and more recently right side of my face that started behind right ear and spread near eye and to the tip of nose.
7. Waking up about 6 or more times a night due to the pressure behind right eye.
One of the common conditions causing these symptoms is Herpes Encephalitis along with Herpes Zoster involving the Sensory Ganglia of Cranial Nerves.
My Suggestion : Please consult a Neurologist at the earliest for full evaluation. You will need a
a. Clinical Examination
b. MRI Brain
c. Tests of Vestibular Function
Based on the results of the above test, your treatment will be modified.
If you take proper treatment, you will see dramatic improvement and you can return to your normal life
