What Causes Violent Shaking, Fatigue And Fever During Summer?
Question: Hello doctor I have some problems in my body and mostly happens in summer or in hot weather my body always shivering nt able to. Do any type of work feels nothing energy in my body body feels not normal. and body always feel burns like symptoms of fever and when used thermometer fever was normal since one month I m facing this problem always happens in summer

Get a stool examination and upper GIT Endoscopy.

I have assessed your condition in great detail.
Based on your symptoms, I advise you to get an upper GIT Endoscopy to rule out Peptic ulcer disease.
Likewise, I request for a complete thyroid profile testing ( even though you don't have earlier thyroid issues)
Additionally, I request for complete stool examination.
Stop taking Trypromer only in case if it's not prescribed to you for depression.
Trypromer has many side effects on body.It can worsen body temperature.
Further management can be carried out once the test results are out.
Meanwhile, I advise you to avoid humid and hot weather.
Drink plenty of cool fruit juices to keep yourself hydrated.
After giving sample for stool analysis, I advise you to take one single oral pill of ALBENDAZOLE 400 mg on two consecutive days for effective deworming . Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Actually I discussed ur answer with my physician bt he suggest me according to my symptoms I should be go for any psychiatrist or neurologist bcz in my condition my body Always little bit shivering and body feel burns what ur opinion please guide me
