What Causes Visible Purple Veins On The Testicle?

Question: Hi I have like a couple of dark purple veins on my right testicle my right testicle has slight pain from the purple veins what is this is it cancer pls help and what could I do to resolve

I've never had any injuries to my testicle area but I did have an injury to my penis about I would say when I was 8 or 9 I was riding a bycicle and I wrecked and the handle bars dug right into the center of my groin area and I cut down there pretty I can't remember if anything happened to my testicles though that's pretty much I remember

I've noticed the slight pain in my testicles about 3.5 years ago it comes and goes it slightly hurts for a couple or few days and than it goes away I notice it pretty much after the fact that I have sex and I think that when I ejaculate and some of it doesn't come all the way out I get that and I notice that when I urinate the head of my penis feels bruised But when it passes the hurting goes away and so does the slight pain to my head of my penis and testicles

Post sexual intercourse, slight pain in the scrotum is common and is normal as well. You should not be worried about it.

Based on the picture and your provided informatiin it appear to be nothing serious. Dark purple veins on the scrotum are a common finding and is noted to varying degrees in all men. They in themselves have no clinical significance and do not require therapy. But if you are anxious it is better to get it examined by doctor.
