Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Any state in body which produces Hyper-oestrogen in body could cause dilatation of veins over the superior venecava territory like upper shoulder, chest, arms and palmar erythema. Its known as spider nevi.
Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination and assessment. It would be very helpful if you could provide clinical photograph.
In the absence of chronic alcohol intake possibility of Liver disease is less likely.
I would suggest you to get back to me with clinical photograph.
Also do you have any of the following
1. Salivary gland enlargement?
2. Loss of pubic or axillary hairs
3. Loss f appetite
4. Yellowish discolouration of eyes
5. Irregular periods
All these could be stigma of liver disease.
Do get back to me.
Take Care
