What Causes Visible Veins On Penis?

Question: Hello Doctor , I'm a 22 year old male generally healthy and fit , recently I have noticed veins on my penis and I do not know if they appear normal or the shape of them is abnormal ? I am worried about thrombosis and lymphangitis ? I do not have any pain during intercourse or mastrubation , Can you PLEASE have a look at my photos and tell me if you suspect something abnormal ? Thanks .

Thanks for providing clinical photograph. The veins of penis look absolutely normal and also the penis looks normal. There is no cause for concern. Thrombosis of veins of penis is very rare and is unlikely at your young age.

Penis does not have lymphatics , so question of Lymphangitis does not arise. The size and shape of penis are normal.

Thank you Doctor , I just got scared after reading it on the internet that lymph vassels form a clot in penis under the skim and I though that's what i had . So there is no lymph vassels there ? Thanks
