Brief Answer:
Neurological examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Your symptoms appear to be non-specific and are probably related to anxiety.Anxiety can very frequently cause such symptoms. However, a personal visit to a neurologist can help by getting a cognitive examination and a neurological examination, so as to detect any abnormality.

However, for now, I am hopeful that mental relaxation exercises like regular meditation will help you a lot. Antianxiety medicines like Clonazepam can also be of help, but should be taken under a Physician's guidance.

Hope that helps. If you have further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Meditation and Yoga/Regular physical exercise/Reassurance

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Having read all your symptoms,I understand that it all must be frustrating. However, the most important thing you need is self belief and reassurance, that you will be fine and there is no big problem.

Meditation/Yoga and regular physical exercise will help a lot.Along with, some spiritual inclination may also help.

Hope that helps. If you have further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
