What Causes Visual Migraines With Involuntary Muscle Jerks?

My optician says i may be diabetic, but my doctor say no...My eyes have changed 5 times in the last year, and im fatigue, numbness in hands and face and now ive been diagnosed with visual migraine as well as a long term migraine sufferer too, i have had a muscle that jerks and moves by itself involuntary.. numbness in parts of my body are a huge factor. especially my mouth and finger....can you help

diabetes is not related to ocular migraine. it is ocular muscle function and refraction. both test can be done. frequent power change can be linked to glaucoma. so glaucoma can be excluded
