Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using health care magic.
I have gone through your history. In my opinion your child seems to have gastro esophageal reflux disease. GERD. It occurs less with solid foods.
I would suggest you give him more of semi solid and solid foods. Avoid liquids. Avoid lying him down immediately after giving food. Lay him in 45 degree semi reclining position.
Give him tablet junior lanzol once daily.
I hope I have helped you.
If you have any further query please feel free to ask.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your feedback.
GERD is a condition where the lower esophageal sphincter is loose and so the contents in the stomach reverse in the esophagus and child vomits. It is common in infants. Not a serious condition.
Junior lanzol prevents this reflux.
If you want syrup then give syrup domstal 4 ml four times a day.
Its ok if he sleeps after drinking milk, just keep him in head and chest up 45 degrees.
You may give him iron syrup for weight gain.
I hope I have helped you
