What Causes Vomiting After Intake Of Formula Feed?

Question: Hi, yesterday night at 4 pm I gave my daughter first formula feed of 40ml.. She didn't burp after that and slept. She is 2.5 months old.. When she woke up after 4 hours she vomited. Do I need to change her formula from nanpro to any other? Or how to judge that the formula is suiting her or not. Pls suggest.

Brief Answer:
no need to worry. Try again
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually when formula feed is introduced for the first time, babies tend to vomit.
Try feeding again in small quantities. let say 30 ml.
If vomiting persists then it is indicative of formula intolerance.
In that case you will need to change the formula.
Don't worry. I hope that the formula suits your baby and worldwide it is tolerated well by most of the babies
Wishing your child good health.
Regards.
