Brief Answer:
Recurrence of tumor or stone or UTI all three are possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears that the location of the tumor was related to your kidney on the left side. Recurrence of the tumor and stone are both possible. It could also be a UTI. But based alone on symptoms and clinical exam one cant be sure. CT KUB or Ultrasound abdomen pelvis and X ray KUB should be done along with Urinalysis to be sure about the diagnosis in consult with your doctor.

Let me know if you have any query.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
