Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). I have gone through your complaints and ultrasound report. Ultrasound is suggestive of chronic cholecystitis as the walls of gallbladder is thickened. And this all may be due to same. I will advise you to visit a doctor who will advise you to get complete hemogram, liver function tests and managed accordingly. meanwhile take some antiobiotics of class quinolone and an antispasmodic and a proton pump inhibitor. However if the symptoms become worse then go to ER.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.

Cholecystitis is inflammation or swelling of gallbladder

Welcome back.

Cholecystitis is inflammation or swelling of gallbladder wall. Common cause of gallbladder wall inflammation is due to stone, some bacterial or viral infection. Treatment of choice of it is surgical that is removal of gallbladder. Sometimes it can be managed conservatively also with medicine however there is risk of complications like perforation of gallbladder or empyema that is formation of pus in gallbladder.

Brief Answer:
Your doctor has prescribed you appropriate medicines

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. I have gone through the blood reports. Your SGOT and SGPT are more than 1000 with mild increase in bilirubin which suggest you are having acute viral hepatitis. Your doctor has prescribed appropriate medicines. It will resolve itself but will take few weeks to be normalised. One thing you should not forget is to take high caloric diet and don't do any restriction. If you do not have any further query , you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you a good health.
