Brief Answer:
He likely had Gastritis and indigestion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Because of the food he has taken, he developed Gastritis and indigestion. Instead of food particles going down, they came back and were vomited.

In my opinion, he should not be given anything orally for few hours. He should be given Injection Rantidine slow intravenously or intramuscularly. Wait for the response. If he has no further vomiting, he can be started with liquid diet, later semi solid and then solid food.

His Blood pressure has to be monitored. If it is low, intravenous fluids have to be given.

Nothing to worry. He will be alright.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
