Question : I've vomit twice during intercourse with my boyfriend we have had both safe and unprotected sex. The first time I had a feeling like I was going to so we stopped ndd it went away so we proceeded and wound up vomiting twice. could this mean I'm pregnant?

It can be due to gastritis and psychological.

I can understand your concern.

There are two possibilities in your instance-

1) Due to gastritis ( cause by hormonal stimulation during sexual intercourse).
2) Psychological

You can take antacids for gastritis and yoga and meditation are helpful in psychological problem

If vomiting persist, then consult a gynecologist and get yourself examined to rule out the other causes like PID and pregnancy.

The chances of pregnancy have always been there with unprotected sex.

You should go for a home urine pregnancy test after 7 days of your missed period date.
