Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It seems that your child either has a minor gastrointestinal infection or has gastritis. You need not worry. The mainstay of treatment would be ORS (oral rehydration solution). You also need to give some antiemetic like ondansetron as and when required.

If your child has fever with temperature more than 100°F, you need to give paracetamol or acetaminophen (P-250, Crocin or Tylenol) to it bring down. Also use tepid sponging.

Please be patient. It should soon be ok in a few days.

Hopefully that would help. Feel free to write back in case of further queries.

Regards
