Brief Answer:
Cause of Vomiting has to be known.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
For appropriate treatment, cause of vomiting has to be known. Vomiting can be due to pain killers, Gastritis, Gastric outlet obstruction, Ureteric colic etc. As per your description, it looks like Gastro intestinal cause. Upper GI Endoscopy will give a clue. If Endoscopy is normal, she should get Ultrasound abdomen.

Hyospasmol is used in colicky pain like Biliary colic,Ureteric colic etc and Napamol is a analgesic and antipyretic. In my opinion, she should be given Injection Rantidine as she is having Vomiting. Once vomiting is controlled, she should take Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with a prokinetic Levosulpiride tablet.

If you come back with Endoscopy report, I will clarify further.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish her good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
