Brief Answer:
Hello

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Possibly she has gastritis which can cause nausea and vomiting.
can try giving her over the counter drug like omeprazole 20 mg twice a day and see if she is feeling better.
If she does not improve in two to three days then needs further evaluation.
Also it is important to see if she has yellow eyes or urine which may suggest jaundice and needs urgent evaluation.
Also important is to ensure that she is not pregnant hence necessary urinary pregnancy test be done to rule it out if deemed necessary.
Also small frequent meals, adequate intake of liquids including fruit juices need to be taken to ensure adequate hydration and nutrition.
Also if symptoms are severe need to see a gastroenterologist to look into the problem.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish her a speedy recovery.
Best wishes.
