What Causes Warm Sensation In Right Leg?

Question: Hello. The last few days I have felt a warm sensation in my right leg, as if someone is pressing a heating pad on me for a few seconds then pulling away. There is no pain, not warm to the touch and no discoloration or bruising. I have a slipped L4-L5, could this be another symptom of the nerve issues I have had in my back?

I have studied your case.

Yes this can be due to lumbar disc compressing nerve root.
Due to compression of this nerve root there can be warm sensation from inside only in leg.
I will advise you to do MRI spine if you have not done to see severity of nerve compression.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication like pregabalin can be started consulting your doctor.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
