Brief Answer:
please do go for review with your operating doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry about what you are going through now. It is possible that your symptoms are because of post-operative side effects of the Fundoplication surgery.
You would benefit from antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole taken daily on empty stomach. Too much of jello and apple sauce can also cause watery diarrhea. Take them in limited quantities.
It is likely to be dumping syndrome as a result of the surgery.
I suggest that you go for review with your operating surgeon, and discuss about the same.
Get well soon.
