Question: Hi. I am XXXX. Our baby boy is now 2 months old. We are noticing his eyes filled with liquid/tears always. Even if we wipe it off, it resumes. What will be the reason for this? Can we apply TOBA eye drops for the baby?

Brief Answer:
Blocked nasolacrimal duct

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

I thing it is blockade of nasolacrimal duct on both sides. These are the ducts which allow tears to flow flow from eyes to internal part of nose. I take this opportunity to reassure you that this is not something very serious. this is what you can do -
1. Keep rubbing from upper part of nose near to eyes to lateral part (Side) of nose.
2. This exercise has to be done very gently at least 100 times a day.
3. This is not infection and no need to put Tobramycin eye drops.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
