Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to of stricture at the site of anastomosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone surgery for Stricture of the urethra.(End to end anastomosis) 2 months back and has recently noticed poor stream .

This is most likely to be due to stricture at the site of anastomosis. This is one of the known complication of end to end anastomosis surgery .

Consult Urologist who has performed surgery and get Retrograde Urethrogram done to confirm the diagnosis .

He may advise for Visual Internal Urothrotomy(V.I.U) to incise the stricture This will help to improve urine flow .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
