Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back with more details.
From the available history it seems there is need to review his treatment. Since he continues to take alcohol along with medications there is need to stop either medication or alcohol.
You can talk to your doctor to stop clonazepam as it has minimal role for a person who continues to take alcohol. I understand his intake is reduced but it needs complete stop for alcohol.
In addition topamax may cause weakness. If he is taking it on daytime it can be shifted to night time after talking to your doctor.
There is also need to reduce dose of neocalm as it is highly sedative.
Whatever you decide it should be after consulting your doctor with reference to my answer.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards
