it first started a week ago. no medical history but a month ago I had a bad stomach bug. so far always present. Dont feel it when I sit only walking .
Brief Answer:
Adequate hydration/Multivitamins/ Repeat blood sugar fasting and PP
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
This may be some postinfectious asthenia. I suggest you to take adequate hydration (at least 3-4 litres of fluids per day).At the same time, diet supplementation with multivitamins and antioxidants(like ZEVIT) may help.
I have gone through your blood work. Glycosylated hemoglobin (Hba1c) is slightly raised. For this, you should get a repeat testing for fasting and post prandial blood sugar levels.
At the same time, please start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga.This will help to alleviate routine stress, and in the process will help in the improvement of your symptoms.
Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

thank you for answering!!!!also my doctor mentioned my b12 was slightly low. could this make me tired. I am overweight and going to change my diet to work on my blood sugar. Do you think stress can cause this as well the weakness ? also Dr. is possible to have a stomach bug get better for a weeks then feel weak again ?
Brief Answer:
Low vitamin B12 levels and stress factor can cause the symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.
Of course, low vitamin B12 levels and stress factor may play a contributory role in the symptoms.Low B12 levels along with stress, may result in tiredness, even.
If Diabetes is confirmed, and even otherwise, being overweight or obese is no less than a curse. So,go ahead in your efforts towards a healthy lifestyle. These symptoms are not apparently related to stomach bug.
Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
