First of all, it would be great if you had shared little more details regarding the history and times since you have been addicted to these drugs and what social implications have you suffered from those.

You seem like a person who realizes the atrocity of the drugs and their misuse. You also seem to be concerned how to get rid of these. All you need to do is a little motivation. That can be provided by family and friends. Also joint social sessions may help in community service programs along with group therapies where you can meet many who are in process of leaving the drugs and together it gives strength to achieve the goal which is in fact common in all members.

See, these drugs along with causing with drawl symtoms and dependance, also lead to nutritional deficiencies as many other of basic care of your body is being affected at the cost of these drugs.

You may need supplements for that weakness along with the proper treatment to overcome the withdrawl symtoms. Many drugs like bromazepam or lorazepam may help over shorter period of time. Meanwhile beclofen may help for long term benefits.

Try to eat healthy, and change your company and try to indulge in social gatherings and give essential time to get engaged into these bad habits. The more time you get to socialise, more likely is that you find a reason and determination to leave the drugs. Also that additional fatigue will give you better sleep, peace of mind and less time to stat alone and do the drugs.
