Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation would help you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for postig your query.

I have noted your symptoms. You need detailed neurological examination to confirm the daignosis.

The commonest cause of numbness and weakness of fingers could be mild compression of median nerve at the level of wrist. This can be confirmed by doing nerve conduction studies.

In the initial period, you could start exercises under the guidance of a physical therapist. Medications such as vitamin B12 supplements would also help.

If you are not better in a fewq days, additional investigations may include MRI of cervical spine, as pincing of nerves in the neck could cause similar symptoms.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
