Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM. Thank you for your question. I carefully read your query.
As I can see you are a young 20-year old and, also, physically active. The symptoms you described are nothing more than a constant physical stress to your organism. Therefore, my opinion is that you have nothing to worry about,
As for the "skipped" heart beats, they arr totally benign phenomena, which can happen to anyone. They also happen to me when I am carrying out moderate intensity physical activity. There is a body of factors that could cause extrasystoles (premature ventricular or atrial beats) such as physical activity, excessive psychological stress, oscilating hormonal levels, protein-containing substances, caffeine-containing beverages etc. In this contexg, I think that there is nothing to worry about. No further tests are required, as far as I am concerned.
I hooe my answer is helpful. Feel free to ask follow-up questions, as I am happy to help.
Kind regards,

Welcome back.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
I am glad I was helpful.
My opinion is that this sudden feeling is related to stress, generated by the premature contractions and the fear that "something is wrong" and "what is going on?". Should these symptoms continue to happen in a span of one year or more, then feel free to ask again and it is only then when we can assume that there is an organic origin to this phenomenon. Therefore, my opinion remains that you have nothing to worry about.
I hope this helps. Please rate the answer, if you do not have further questions.
Wish you a good health,
Dr. Meriton
