Brief Answer:
It's likely cervical spondylosis with nerve radicular compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,my clinical explanation about you would have been- weakness in one arm with neck and back stiffness on the same side most commonly results from cervical spondylosis with cervical radiculopathy or nerve radicular compression (or pinched nerve). Most common cause is age related degenerative changes of spine and this is the probable cause for your symptoms.

I suggest you to get a Cervical spine digital X-ray (AP and Lateral view) done to see the spondylotic changes.

Meanwhile, please start therapy with the following medicines-
1)Tab. Pregagalin twice a day.
2)Tab Mecobalamine 750 mcg twice a day
3)Vitamin D 0,25 mcg + calcium supplement once a day.

PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S SUPERVISION ONLY.

Simultaneously, please consult a physiotherapist and learn cervical spinal exercises. These exercises should be done regularly.

I am sure dedicated physiotherapy and medicines will bring relief.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have some follow-up queries,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review.
