What Causes Weakness In The Body After Recovering From Dengue Fever?

Question: Hello Doctor(s),
I recently got infected with Dengue virus and I am completely cured. However, as with symptoms that are associated with this infection, I had pain around my eyes (initially), slight back ache and high fever. However, the infection got cured within seven days and I am perfectly fine now. But, I am having a concern, I had began to observe a blurriness (left eye, small/medium spot) that's actually hindering my field of vision/eye-sight in my left eye. (It's all fine when I am looking with both eyes or with right eye). Is this a complication of Dengue infection or the medication that was used during my dengue treatment?
Prior to two months of the infection, I was told that my eye-sight might have increased and that I have developed cylindrical vision. It has been five years since I had replaced my spectacles.
Can a complete check-up of the eyes help? What might be the problem that had given rise to this condition?
As an aside, I am on anti-epileptic medications, some medicines for dengue (which is gone), and sleep medication. (very less dosage).
Thanks and Regards,

Brief Answer:
This is due to generalized weakness.
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Your body has been through a lot of stress and strain. This is a reflection of general body weakness.Other than the medication you are taking some multivitamin should also be added.
There is no harm in getting a thorough checkup of eyes to rule out any organic defect and also you will know present power of glasses

Thanks sir on the reply. So, we can rule out the possibility of any permanent retinal damage or haemorrhage that might have been caused by the infection? Does a complete eye check-up suffice? Do you recommend any other tests?
Best Regards
