Question: Sir,

- Due to continuous office working hours and personal worries, I have been very busy and tense and have had irregular sleep for the past 6 months, Lack of concentration and less alertness etc

- Last 2 days I have been experiencing Heaviness around eyes and if I close my eyes, it is shaking..Slight pain in back head..After I wOke up, I still feel tired and sometimes everything looks dim for certain point of time.
- On and off sleep patterns - sometimes even 12 hrs deep sleep but sill tired and yawning.
- Once or twice I experienced right side lips shaking lightly..Slight weak feeling on both legs below knees and below knee muscles shaking a bit and then normal.
- Feeling of irregular heart beat sometimes though i checked ECHO, TMT and everything is perfect.

In July I was diagnosed with GERD following an endoscopy and I am taking neksium 40 before meals.

1) I went to my office general doctor yesterday who examined me and has prescribed Nigraine TR, Beplex forte and Larpose (or Ativan at night) for 20 days and said it is due to worries and asked me to do meditation.

2) But still , I went to a specialist neurogist who has prescribed Elacfort, Tynept for 1 month (night) and Rexiteplus injection for 5 days.ve

Kindly advise as to what I should take from above two..Are there chances of me gettng stroke or Epilepsy..which I am very afraid and constantly thinking about the same.
