Detailed Answer:
Hi
I would like to know the medicines he is taking.
Among the parameters informed, Heart rate is on the lower end.
This could be due to some BP meds.
I would suggest that the medicine will need changing.
I am assuming there are no other symptoms.
I will also suggest a few tests- CBC, KFT, LFT.
Best of luck.

Detailed Answer:
In view of the new information regarding the surgery, I think I should tell you that the surgery causes the micronutrients to not get absorbed. Therefore one feels weak.
Low sugars, though within normal range for many people, may be present due to the same reason.
Addition of multivitamins and regular glasses of juices should help him feel better.
Talk to the surgeon regarding the possibility of corrective surgery.
Best of luck.
