Brief Answer:
No need of supplements unless there is fat malabsorption

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
The removal of gall bladder does not stop the production or excretion of bile by the liver. Gall bladder stores and concentrates the bile and makes it available to help in the digestion of fats.
Unless the food is very rich in fats, the absence of gall bladder does not significantly impair fat digestion. Assuming that it does, one is more likely to lose weight rather than gain weight, as malabsorption of fats would reduce the calories absorbed.
Unless you have malabsorption, manifesting by large, loose and often foul smelling stools, there is no need for bile salt supplements.
Take care
