Brief Answer:
test your thyroid profile, lipid profile and sugar

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX hi! as you said, if i believe, then you must take thyroid profile test, lipid profile test and fasting , pp, and hba1c.
now if you were to believe me, then, change your schedule. eat regularly every 3 hr gap, and eat healthy food. fresh fruits, green vegetables, and lot of water . exercise at least 30 -45 minutes a day.
get your tests done and let me know the reports.
regards!
