Brief Answer:
You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of lymphnode. .

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have weight loss, enlarged lymphnode and slightly high esr. You may have tuberculous lymphadenitis or lymphnode enlargement due to other cause like reactive hyperplasia or lymphoma.

You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of lymphnode. It will give you exact diagnosis whether it is reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis or lymphoma. Then you should take treatment accordingly.

Your other reports like liver function test, thyroid function test, electrolytes are normal so no need to worry about that.

Your voice problem due to uvula has no relation with this. You need to consult ent surgeon for that.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

They are the shapes of RBCs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Ovalocytes means your rbcs are oval in shape thry are commonly seen in vitamin B12 deficiency.
poikilocytes means variations in shape of rbc. It can be created, elliptical etc. It is seen in various conditions. However you don't need to worry about that. Just be relaxed.

Vitamin b12 and folic acid supplements should be taken. But its minor thing first you need to search the cause of lymphnode enlargement and weight loss.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
