What Causes Weight Loss, Yellow Eyes, Breathing Difficulty And Tiredness?

Question: My brother has starting losing weight. His eyes are yellow, he is short of breath, tired, gets winded easily. He has IBS already. We can't seem to get him to go to the doctor. What do we do to help him?
Brief Answer:
Anemia should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. As he is having IBS there is possibility of anemia from b12 deficiency. So blood test should be carried out to rule out that. B12 level should be checked also. This can give the symptoms you mentioned. Giving b12 shots will be helpful for this.
IBS if occurring so often then it should be controlled by drugs like mesalazine. Liver function test should be done also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
