Question : I have had acid reflux for several months now and today I noticed that I am wheezing when I breath and I am coughing up blood.

Hello. This isn't related to the reflux problem.

With the wheezing and the coughing up blood you have either asthmatic bronchitis or pneumonia and you need to see the doctor again for an exam, chest x-ray, a course of oral antibiotics, and do that urgently.
