What Causes White Bump On My Left Eye's Caruncle?

Question: I want to edit my question and make clear this is my left eye's caruncle. I did use a small blunt metal object to press the small white bump and white pus had come out(please note that the white bump on the caruncle was somewhat hard I have had no pain or irritation), then some clear fluid, then a small red dot of blood remained but as I stated above there is still very much smaller white bump in the same spot that I have not been able to do anything with. I tried using that metal object but it did not work. I am very nervous and a bit scared of what this issue may be.
Brief Answer:
do a course of antibiotics for 5 days
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM .
Caruncle is normally present in eye. This has got inflammed and formed pus due to allergy or polution.
If you were my patient I would suggest a course of antibiotics like amoxiclav plus pain killer diclofenac and anti allergic for 5 days and observe the result.
If there is improvement then well and good. If still white bump is there I would suggest to consult a ophthalmologist(eye specialist) where maunal drainage of pus would be done.
Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.
