Brief Answer:
get urine tested for infection. take full course of anti-T.B infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.

As left kidney is functioning well, you don't need to worry at all.

The white glue like change or discharge needs a local examination by a gynecologist. Also, her urine routine and culture will need to be done to rule out a secondary infection. The treatment started for tuberculosis is longer than for lung T.b.,hence don't stop the treatment till such time that your doctor advises. The whitish discoloration in urine will clear up soon after treatment is started.

Wishing your wife complete recovery soon.
