Brief Answer:
Get investigations done; send a picture if possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
You have provided a very short history. Kindly elaborate with points like the duration, extent of disease and any associated pain or lymph node enlargement i.e swelling in the groin. Also, provide a picture if possible.
Before confirming STDs, we need to do specific tests like VDRL, pus or discharge culture and sensitivity etc. Also a clinical examination is must. I would suggest you to visit a dermatologist or an infection specialist for the examination and investigations. Also, a positive sexual history and ruling out other causes is necessary.

Awaiting your response.
