Brief Answer:
It is a normal process

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). White discharge in stool is usually due to evacuation of mucus in stool. It is normal as it is required for lubrication of stool surface and wall of intestine, so that stool can pass easily. However it may increase in some parasitic infections or irritable bowel syndrome. So I will advise you to get your stool examination for any worm and take one tablet of albendazole.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.

Brief Answer:
You should do kegels exercise and visit a Urologist

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. Urine urgency may be due to urinary tract infection, so get your urine examination. You can do kegels exercise (Pelvic floor muscles exercise) which I found very useful in my patients with urinary incontinence. Medicine available for urinary incontinence is of class anticholinergic like ditropan which do help patients with urinary incontinence. I will also advise you to visit a Urologist who may do tests to confirm whats the problem is and manage accordingly. If you do not have any further query , you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you a good health.
