What Causes White Mass On Penis?
Question: Hi. My name is xxxxxx and I am from XXXXXXX From the past few months, I have something white growing on the top of my penis and I am not able to pull back my foreskin. From the past 2 days, it has started to swell up and i feel a burning sensation. What do i do ?

High possibility of candidal infection with superadded bacterial infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi!! I have reviewed the attached photographs and according to me there are high possibilities of it being candidal infection with superadded bacterial infection but I would like to ask you few questions for further confirmation of the diagnosis.
Is there any personal or family history of diabetes?
Are you sexually active and if yes any history of discharge or similar complaints in your partner?
Is there any history of application of creams or use of condom on the penile skin?
Regarding treatment maintain good personal hygiene
Irrigate the area with potassium permanganate washes prepared by dissolving 3-4 granules of it in a mug of normal tap water and washing the affected area thrice daily for 15 minutes each after voiding urine as it will reduce your inflammation.
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply sertaconazole cream on the affected area twice daily along with tablet fluconazole twice weekly.
For bacterial infection I suggest them to take tablet metronidazole thrice daily for 5-7 days.
