Self limiting. Drink plenty of fluids.

Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!
Yes my most likely diagnosis is semen that come out with your urine. This condition is called retrograde ejaculation wherein the semen goes inside the urinary bladder rather than going out the urethra (passage of urine inside the penis). This is usually self limiting and will go away on its own especially in your age group.
If your pain on urination persists then I would suggest getting a urinalysis to check for infection since you may have UTI. This could easily be treated with antibiotics for 7 days. Also if you have dry ejaculation (orgasm without semen coming out) then you may need to get a transrectal ultrasound of the prostate to check for prostate abnormalities and a post ejaculation urinalysis to document the retrograde ejaculation. This is also treated with OTC cold remedies (phenyl epehrine).
I am confident your condition would go away or will only happen once and does not require treatment. in the meantime please drink plenty of fluids.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes.

Drugs for prostatitis is known to cause retrograde
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for that information. Drugs use to treat prostatitis like (flomax - tamsulosin etc.) may cause retrograde ejaculation and this drug side effect would go away after 1-2 weeks after cessation of the drug.

That's very good to hear and means that like I said earlier it is a self limiting condition and needs supportive treatment only primarily increased fluid intake.
